Q2) Do you use a formal planning process for your goals? A2 Since I am a solo consultant the process is not very formal for determining goals. I read lots about it though. Q3) How successful have you been with your past goals? A2: Somewhat formal, somewhat informal. I'm a mix of planning everything ahead, but then just doing things spur of the moment! A great way to keep your sanity! Q4) What's your greatest challenge in planning your goals? A4: The fact that you can't ever perfectly plan when it comes to social media - things always pop up you need to account for! A2 - Reading about trends helps with goals. I just read that in my industry () FB Twtter and YTube are top used Thought I'd join in with tonight's chats as America is one of my biggest audiences on my blog. that's so awesome - truly showing the power of social media! exactly!! social media = social reality? What about the use of blogs? A4 Lack of time is one big challenge. Excellent! What do you blog about? A4 - Finding the "sweet spot" between time invested and ROI for is a challenge. Sometimes too much time is spent. so true - plus social media never sleeps and we have to! we've already become best friends! . According to this report "Visual social media moved up in priority surpassing blogging for the first time ever." Interesting! How does visual work in your sector? . - ha ha. I wonder what the name of that club would be. Let me spend a few hours thinking about it. Ha ha. Last question Q5) What's your biggest learn from 2015 in setting your 2016 goals? . For orgs - visual could look like a video appeal on facebook for example.
